How to lose body fat??
I know every 9 out 10 person ask this question everyday to themselves or search it on Google.But they do nothing for it.They just consider that i will do it tomorrow.But funny part is that their tomorrow never comes and they become obese.Now when they saw themselves in mirror they feel that if they have taken right steps at right time to lose body fat the may not face this problem.
Now let me ask how many of you know what obesity is???
I know just a few people will know about it don’t worry i will tell you what it is
Obesity(excess body fat) or we can say over weight is becoming a major problem among youth day by day.In scientific language Obesity is defined as It is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health, leading to reduced life expectancy and/or increased health problems.
Don’t worry people you are not late if you start losing your body weight from now on you can be slim and wear what you like.That’s why i am writing this post special for those people who are fat and want to get slim in few days without doing any heavy or tough workout.There is a time when i am also fatty.but i just follow these simple steps and reduced my weight 🙂
As you can understand if this steps on How to lose body fat healed me then everybody can also get slim just by following them regularly.
First you have to know your base calorie needs.Don’t worry if you don’t know ho to calculate it I will tell you this.
Multiply your body weight by 14. For example– If you have 148 pounds weight then your calorie need is 2072 calories
1Kg = 2.20462 pounds
To lose one pound of body weight means you will either have to reduce your daily caloric intake by 500 calories per day or burn it off through exercise.
You have to drink a plenty of water to keep your body functioning well. In morning when you wake up drink a little warm water it helps to cut fat.If you go pee you lose approximately two glasses of water.What our ur body needs “Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day.” That’s about 1.9 liters.
Balanced Diet its important to have a balanced diet to control the intake of calories.how much calorie do you need SEE STEP 1.
Nutrient dense diet that is well balanced with proteins, fats, and carbohydrates is imperative when trying to lose body fat. It has been said, “gains are made in the kitchen, not the gym.” So take your diet seriously. You generally need 30% protein, 55% carbohydrates and 15% fats. You will need to adjust this with your doctor if you are diabetic to keep your blood sugar levels in check.
Proper exercise schedule at home or gym.You can do this simple exercises at home to reduce body fat.Consider exercises like the bench press, leg presses, and squats, etc. Doing so will give you maximum metabolism increase while strengthening your muscles and ligaments.
Manage your stress –if you do not manage stress you will increase your odds of failure. Unchecked stress may cause emotional eating, low motivation to meet your goals and fatigue. Incorporate activities like Tai Chi, Yoga, etc.
Cardio exercises are considered best for losing excess body fat.So you have to limit your cardio training to two or three times a week for no more than 30 minutes. Choose an elliptical machine over the treadmill. To get maximum impact from your cardio efforts alternate between low and high intensity paces. A suggested interval is one minute low intensity and two minutes high intensity.
Now guyz you now all the simple steps to reduce body weight at you home only.These steps are specially made by me keeping in mind busy schedule of our today’s life.If you will regularly follow these steps i am sure you will be slim soon.If i can do it you can also do it.Following these guidelines will aid in your fat burning abilities and improve your overall health.
