People in India especially in Punjab are know best for living life king size and when it comes to food they want to eat as much as they can. They just want to live that eating moment to fullest without caring about any other things. And that’s the reason why 7 out 10 people not only in Punjab but in the whole world are obese. I mean first they don’t look up at what they eating and when fat increases they go to gym to lose weight. Bu if you want to lose weight without going to gym them my suggestion to you is just eat and lose weight.

But it is possible if you will start eating right food that I will mention here. But I am not saying this that you should give up exercise.
